This article explains what to do when Cube's LED light is solid blue.
Cube's status LED will turn to solid blue if Cube is unable to connect to the Oomi Cloud.
You can try the methods below to fix it.
- Restart Oomi Cube
- Unplug Oomi Cube
- Wait for 10 seconds
- Plug Oomi Cube back in
- Use another network
- Go to Wi-Fi setting on Touch
- Choose another network, such as a mobile hotspot
- Wait for 20 seconds
