Here are some troubleshooting steps:


Solution 1: Make sure that you are connected to WiFi

  1. Go to settings
  2. Click WiFi
  3. Make sure a Wifi Network is orange (this means that it is connected)
  4. If no WiFi network is orange, click one to connect


Solution 2: Make sure your WiFi is 2.4Ghz

The video feed won't work on 5Ghz connections.

  1. Go to settings
  2. Click WiFi
  3. Make sure your selected network is a 2.4Ghz network


Restart Oomi Cube

  1. Unplug Oomi Cube
  2. Wait 10 seconds
  3. Plug Oomi Cube back in


Restart Oomi Touch

  1. Hold the power button
  2. Click Power Down
  3. Hold the power button to turn Oomi Touch back on
