This article has troubleshooting steps to take if the Status Light on the bottom of Oomi Cube has turned Red.


Restart Oomi Cube

  1. Unplug Oomi Cube
  2. Wait 10 seconds
  3. Plug Oomi Cube back in

Oomi Cube will then restart. This should take about 2-3 minutes. While Oomi Cube is restarting, its Status Light will be orange.


Check Oomi Cube's Power Supply

  • Oomi Cube needs to receive the correct power supply in order to work
  • Make sure that your Oomi Cube is plugged in using only the included power supply (the part that plugs into the wall)
